Why is culture the way it is? Why were some ideas selected, others discarded?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I cannot accept that it is random. I would be ashamed to live in such a society if it were. So what could this mystical formula, this holy grail of marketing, be? Why do so many good ideas go unimplemented?
